45min phone call with zero results

Ive been on the phone for 45min transferred from the one department to another. All i want to do is get a Dedicated Server. Its asking me to rica. WHY? its not a sim product. if they want to verify my details thats fine but you can if FICA not RICA. Now my orders are stuck, i cant speak to the Rica department and my order wont go through, One person told me they can see on their side the order went through 3 times someone needs to cancel it but tho get someone to cancel is a mission because i have also been transfer 4 time just for that, Come on guys
