41 days and counting... Afrihost is terrible!

Afrihost - it's been 41 days since we did our application (and paid) for fibre installation. Afrihost have been beyond useless. Their call center takes 1 min to answer for Sales, but try getting hold of Support and you are in for a *very lengthy wait*.

They still haven't arranged for their service provider to come to install. Don't believe their lies of "3-5 days or 1-2 weeks..." *******. Terrible service, and absolutely no urgency from their side whatsoever!

Do yourself a massive favour and take your business elsewhere.
