40Mbps VDSL not exceeding 2Mbps

I would like to take the time to warn everyone against afrihost<br> <br> We have a 40mbps vdsl line and never get close ti it....if lucky we get 6mbps down<br> After spending hours on the line with very *********** people we have reached the decision to leave them, <br> They all say it's Telkom and line issues, but clearly have NO IT knowledge as when we change to another account from another ISP we get our full 40mbps using THE SAME line....<br> <br> We have our whole company using afrihost for their home adsl accounts as well, as it was easy to manage all the account online, but after numerous complaints from everyone stating the same at home we have cancelled all account for them and creating new ones.<br> <br> Please everyone be advised against the poor service of Afrihost...<br> <br> Afrihost,<br> <br> you can respond, or might not, dont care....people need to know what a poor service you deliver to your customers and always try to shift blame because of your workers incompetence...
