40 days with no wifi unacceptable

Afrihost team, although your consultants attempted to assists day and night, it did not seem as if there was any interest in resolving my query.

I was without any wifi for 40 days straight and still got charged. Every consultant tried to assist however relying on Zoom Fibre is were Afrihost lost the plot.

I lost income, incurred additional costs out of my budget to work and write exams because I had no wifi. I have submitted a cancelation and a refund due to the utter waste of time my internet connection not being resorted.

I would not recommend the usage of Afrihost.
