4 WEEKS... NO SIM CARD... NO WIFI... NO FEEDBACK

Good day

It has been 4 weeks and I have not received my telkom Sim card. All afrihost does is demand payment forgetting that I have been a loyal customer. I changed from cell c to telkom. Now I'm sitting with a canceled cell c network and no telkom Sim card.... Totalling to zero WiFi.

Ccd courier's have been useless. I spent so much time and money contacting them and they blame Afrihost.

I demand that my service be reconnected until I receive my telkom Sim card which is taking decades to arrive due to your *********** delivery partner.
