The only company, that will give you 4% of what you paid for, you prove it with a screenshot, they ask you to do trace tests like you have an hour to perform all these tests, they will log a fault, completely separate to your original issue, close the issue and tell you there is zero fault with your line,

When i first got afrihost as a provider, they would send technicians out the same day of the issue, now you cant even get feedback on your issue.

I pay for your highest possible service allowed to me, this is unacceptable, and i will be changing my network.
