4 MEG PREMIUM FIBRE LINE DOWNLOADS @ 480KB/S

Since May 2017 I've signed up for a 4 Meg "Premium Fibre" package. 1. Complained about downloading speeds. 2. Complained about streaming speeds. Afrihost staff say it's YOU-TUBE that's slow, Google that takes long, ShowMax, that is lagging, and Netflix among other sites that's cause of my slow speed. Oddly enough I have a Mweb 2MB ADSL line at my DAD's house and never experienced this issue. I can even watch 480k Streaming content on my premium fibre package, which does't make sense. This package is upcapped & Unshaped. why am only getting 1/10th of line speed? Does 4Meg line = 460kbps? if so why does it buffer when i watch you tube videos? This is a total *******. Support is totally useless. nobody accepts ownership. Point fingers at openserve, openserve points fingers at Afrihost. This is ridiculous. When will consumers get what they PAY FOR? Maybe i should have stayed with telkom. Very POOR service!!!!!
