30 day Acc Deactivtion after being a customer for more that 3 years

I have been a customer with Afrihost for over 3 years i receive salary on the 7th of each month and can only afford to pay from the 7th onwards. My spend is from R1000/1500 each month , yet i am subjected to threats of deactivation every month, i have received notice that my acc will be deactivated in 30days due to my repeated debit order rejections, All south African company's are making allowances for delays due Covid but Afrihost makes no such allowances and continues to draconion measures.
