3 weeks and still no fibre!!

Their service is just horrific!! I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks to get my fibre installed and to date no progress!!!! My apartment already has a termination point so all that is needed is the ONT and router. They then said that they have sent in a request for a repair order, however today they say that there is an issue with the address?! Note that I had to keep following up with them this entire time!! NO ONE BOTHERED to give me any feedback

When I asked what the lead time will be for installation their reply was "we do not have an ETA at this time" Evidently they expect me to just sit and wait!! I have to buy data in order to do my work due to their absolutely pathetic service and delays!!

I recommend NEVER to use them!!
