3 weeks and NOTHING.

I requested Afrihost to do my fibre at my home because I LOVE doing business with them and it absolutely saddens me to write this but I cannot keep BEGGING them to do what they promised.

In a nutshell I ordered the fibre. They delivered a router within days.

And now nearly 3 weeks later no one responds to me. No one can tell me when they are installing. Simply, no one knows what is going and continue to ignore me.

I just want them to come install the fibre. But at this rate I will be moving all my business to another supplier that can deliver... or at least communicate.
