3 Months to migrate a fibre line with Afrihost

We requested a migration from Telkom to Afrihost for our fibre connectivity. This request was made in August 2022 and the migration has not been effected. Telkom cancelled our account as they had been instructed by ourselves as requested by Afrihost, the result of which we have no fibre connectivity. We have been in contact with Afrihost on a number of occasions but to no avail. Our fibre backbone is supp**** by Openserve who are associated Afrihost and therefore this should have been a relatively easy migration.
