24-48 hours turned into months

Can you imagine I have been battling afrihost since march as I just moved in I requested to activate my wifi, the previous isp was released, I thought we would finally be set up as promised but to my suprise afrihost decided to connect my object number to a different address and has been recycled for whatever reason! Now its another delay, each time I contact an agent on whatsapp I am faced with cheeky answers and a new timescale just another 24-48 hours its now exactly 2 months later and still no wifi I am so disappointed, I work from home and have to home school my autistic children so this is now affecting our family's day to day life leaving me in distress, I always spoke highly of your service and I would always recommend it as i never had any problems at my previous address 24-48 hours turned into 60 calendar days I can't even cry because you won't hear my plea I just want to be connected.
