20minutes and 2 answers

Hi<br> <br> I tried to use the online chat support from Afrihost to ask some questions about my account. I waited 20minutes without the person on the other side answering more than 3 of my questions. No resolution for what I think was a pretty simple issue that I'm still unsure of how to solve. Chat support trying to help too many people at the same time. Waste of time.
