2 nd day without ADSL

We have 2 adsl lines. a 20MB and a 10MB line<br> <br> For 2 days we draw less than 0.3MB on each line.<br> <br> To sms Afrihost is useless they will not respond. To send email, is useless because they respond after a few hours.<br> <br> To phone will take between 30 and 45 minutes, and your problem will not be resolved. <br> <br> why should we pay for a non existing service? This is costing me money.
