2 months free subscription ****

So Afrihost had a deal whereby you get two months free subscription if you signed up with them and I decided to go for it. The installation was completed and next thing I know a debit order was submitted on my account. I call Afrihost and was informed that the promo ended on the 7/11/2019 lol. Let me educate you with regards to the process I had to follow, I registered and completed the process online, they then send me the voucher code and then have to complete the final step. This is where it gets tricky, when you complete the final step and enter the voucher code, a browser pop up will appear with the details of this voucher and this is where it also showed two months free. So Afrihost did not email this voucher details to me, it was a on the browser. I call Afrihost the first thing they ask is where is my proof, number one they updated their website so that information is no longer available, number 2, they did not email this information, it reflected in the browser, now If you did not take a screen shot of the voucher details then you do not have proof. This is a lesson well learnt, rather take screen shots of all communication or notifications that Afrihost send as they will ask you for these things when you are disputing something.
