2-for-1 TOPUPS ALL THE TIME

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I am now with Afrihost for longer than 3 years. This is my first complaint ever. I signed up for the mobile data package and added the Plus+ package. I recently needed to topup my account expecting the doudle data. 2-for-1. After the topup I only received the1:1 amount. Upon asking via the online messaging service, I learnt that I, myself needed to activate the benefit. I haven't received any communication where it guides me or notifies me that I have to enable this benefit. <br /><br />I would like that the recent topup amount be added to my account, since the R99 is deducted every month without me enabling the deduction.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards </p>
