12-16minute waiting time to answer phone

Waiting time on technical queries, 12-16minutes.. I run out of airtime after speaking to the consultant that has all my information and they don't even call back. Waiting on fibre installation to be patched /repaired for 2months. Still no one can give me a date. Pathetic service
