100mbps Fibre with Afrihost

<p>After signing for 100mbps fibre download & 50mbps fibre upload, more that 2 weeks ago I have never had 100mbps download speed. I have called Afrihost more that 8 times in the past 10 days & have talk to the support team, after witch I was asured that my query is with the fibre team and they are working on it. Up to today my speed is still 5mbps or maybe 35mbps but never 100mbps download speed. I am very disappointed from the support I am geting from Afrihost. Until today I havent recieved a simple phone call from Afrihost advising on what the problem is!!! Afrihost Internal Ticket: QDS- ********** 3 for my case.</p>
