100mb fibre Won’t go above 10mb and AF are too *********** to fix it

I am paying for a 100mb fibre line but since installation hasn’t been over 10mb. Afrihost don’t care due to clause that if you cancel within 6 months they charge your R1000. penalty. To add insult to injury since covid they doubled the line speed .ie 200mb but still doesn’t go above 10mb. Everytime you ask them to fix it they tell you to do the same thing over and over again (expecting a different result). I think it’s their standard go away and leave me alone reply to all problems as every time you complain you get a different *********** giving you the same reply! You do the tests, send them the results, they do nothing, rinse and repeat.
