1 year with Afrihost (HORRIBLE)

Worst support. Worst management. Always internet problems. I have been with them for 1 year I have over 50 support emails and tickets with them.

I have asked to speak to a manager 5 times and they are always busy or will call you back.

They have cancelled my line with no reason and Vox took it over with no reason given to me and why.

When you call their support they say the problem is on vumatel's side, vumatel sais their is no problem.

They won't give you updates on tickets or outages, because they themselves do not know what the problem is.

I have to troubleshoot myself and figure out what the issue is and they do not send their own technicians.

Their support staff is *********** and their management staff is none existent or scared to speak to clients.

They act like they are busy but when you show up to their main office at 376 Revonia Blvd, sandton, they look like they are having a jol and not working.

I have been in the industry for 4 years and never have I ever seen such an unorganized and useless service.

When the internet is on though it is working fine.
