1 week and counting - still no internet

I haven’t had connectivity for over a week. For someone working from home, this has been a nightmare. The call centre agents are not helpful at all. The ask the same questions and request the same photos everyday then end the chat by saying they have escalated it. It’s been a week of this back and forth and I still don’t have internet. Extremely disappointed by how this has been handled
