We should have half or 0 stars on here. Shocking service from Afrihost. We've had outages in our area for the past three days. Internet drops several times a day. Apparently Vumatel are doing maintenance in our area but Afrihost have not informed their clients of this. The app is not updated. Sent an email - no response. Phoned them, the assistant was clueless, asked to speak to a manager and the cherry on top...."my manager says he's too busy to speak to you now ma'am but he knows there's an outage in your area". Well, say no more.
