********** transactions with no way to speak to a human with a AI support agent that is absolutely useless.
SECURITY RISK DO NOT USE!!!! It took 57 mins to authorize the use of my *** app, which means we couldn't get into the *** run parking. Fun! Then, I started getting parking deductions from my *** account when I am sitting 5hrs away. I go into my account and there are 4 other successful transaction, not a single one by me. I have never even used the platform because it took to long to authorise. Guess what? NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN! Only their AI support agent, which is absolutely useless! When asking to speak to a human it says it cannot process that request! Crazy! No ***** topics in their knowledge base, no way to delete or freeze your account without first paying outstanding amounts. It's honestly pure madness. I would say STAY AWAY as they clearly have security issues and account vulnerabilities. My *** Review seems like it is not the only *** Review with these kinds of issues, yet nothing is being done. Hopefully these *** Reviews by real users will start to soon have an impact and result in change.

Admyt - poor customer service
I have been unable to register because the app will not accept my credit card as a payment method Complaints have received what must be am AI responses show no understanding of the problem tell be to install and reinstall when I already did that as per previous message Admyt get your act together

Admyt service fails...AI cannot deal with query
I have tried several times to add my credit card to register on this app. I tell admyt the fault and the AI says please add your credit card/payment method....brainless AI and incredibly poor service. I ask for a human agent - I get another AI who then says it believes I have a password problem! Admyt do you care? If so get a real person to get back to me

I get a weekly notification that I parked somewhere at a mall when I'm in actual fact not there. I keep on having to log calls and follow up with them to rectify same. Clearly their software doesn't work properly and I have no choice but to cancel as they keep charging for services not rendered. I told them that this equates to *****.

Please Beware !!! I considered this app because of Standard Bank. Thought it with be safe, only to fine out that if your car is ****** the ***** can just drive off with your car and the gate will automatically open plus you will still be charged. When I brought this up with the help desk. They say it's my responsibility and they working on a safe way.
