Admyt service fails...AI cannot deal with query

I have tried several times to add my credit card to register on this app. I tell admyt the fault and the AI says please add your credit card/payment method....brainless AI and incredibly poor service.

I ask for a human agent - I get another AI who then says it believes I have a password problem!

Admyt do you care? If so get a real person to get back to me
