Worst Hosting Experience and service

Horribly service, my fiancé passed away last year and had ordered the self-managed servers, each month after the fact I have paid with more issues and problems. Not even sure they know how to work with their VPS servers.

It has been a constant up and down and no help besides asking for details that I don't even know. Then I outsourced as all my client and business data is on the servers and I still have to pay when I have lost clients and my business has gone down as there has just been no help. Their assistance means asking questions they should know and holding me back from moving because they still want money.
