Very Bad Service

As a longtime client of Absolute Hosting, I paid a couple of months in advance at a time as I do not have the time to do it every month. The previous month (end of April 2020) my statement still showed enough for the next month bill.

When the new invoice came, it showed R11 short! I mailed their accounts department and didn't receive any feedback on why this is. I then phoned them to inquire why it showed that there is R11 short! I was asked to send a mail asking to have it investigated, so I did. Seems nothing is being done about this as I still only get OVERDUE Mails!!!

Today June 8th, my account was suspended. After I phoned them again, I was told to pay the R11 before they will do anything regarding this!!!!

As for having to mail them regularly for feedback regarding SPAM mails not being blocked by their server, also non-existent!

Their service is not what it used to be. Very Sad indeed!!!
