Terrible service from Absolute Hosting

Hi

I recently transferred my website domain to Absolute Hosting because of their brilliant package with plenty of services to offer but I must say it was a bad move.

Though their services and their low price are tempting but there is a lot of inconsistencies and inconveniences you will endure.

They take very long to respond to issues in hopes that they can sell you their support packages, basically in order for your issues to be attended to quicker and efficiently you have to pay a certain amount on top of the monthly debit amount for whatever service they provide to you - https://absolutehosting.co.za/support/

I had an issue with their database server and it was never resolved, I doubt they ever could. Anyone who is looking to host using them must know that their database will never be configured to work as they failing to do so.

I raised this issue and Jade from support sent me an email asking for more money to try and resolve and mentioned that an hour would cost R1500 irrespective of the outcome, of which I find very unfair, this is on top of both the amounts already specified for support and service.

If you are serious about your business and need hosting, I suggest you pay the expensive hosting services as they know what to do and there is no *********** in between.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
