Generic and no investigation. LAZY consultants

Here we go again.. Trying a new service only to find i get GENERIC answers and no investigation into it.

Yes this is your consultant Kyle. he gives generic answers and not investigating what is happening with the ticket. Even if i give screenshots.

I now wish to move all this BACK to my old provider as this simply just not works for me. i dont mind you had a ddos attack. i understand that. but having consultants that is lazy work on tickets hits hard.
