******ing payment for your backup/restore not working is unacceptable

😢A reasonable customer would expect the backup and restore function that they setup and provide, to be working. ******ing money from customers when it does not is an unacceptable. Be careful to choose hosting where the owners ego is bigger than the support. Not a nice experience here 😢
