DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
What an absolute disgrace of a company. Abelanani Corporate Gifts has set the bar so low for customer service that it's honestly impressive. It's been over a month, and our order is still not complete. Apparently, once they've got your business, responding to emails or honouring commitments becomes optional. Every phone call is the same recycled story: "It'll be ready tomorrow." "We'll call you back." "It's almost done." None of it happens. At this point, I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting an honest update. The communication is pathetic. The accountability is non-existent. The professionalism is nowhere to be found. Because of their incompetence, our company has been left looking unreliable in front of our own client. We've spent weeks apologising for delays that should never have happened while Abelanani simply continues to ignore us and feed us empty promises. If your business values deadlines, honesty, or basic respect for customers, do yourself a favour and stay far away. There are countless companies that deserve your money more than this one. This has genuinely been one of the worst supplier experiences I've ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

An excuse for a company
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! An absolute disgrace. I am not sure how they are still afloat. Wait weeks for orders and then the order does not come complete. The pathetic staff don't bother communicating with you regarding your orders and the CEO(or whatever he is) cant be bothered either to reply.

Unprofessionals. Unreliable. No communication
I am beyond frustrated with the service (or lack thereof) from this company. We are currently sitting at over 8 weeks waiting for an order that had a 5–7 day lead time. Despite the invoice being paid in full months ago, the management team has gone completely radio silent. It is impossible to get a straight answer from anyone: Production: Lisa ignores all correspondence and will only answer if she doesn’t recognize the phone number. Management: The owners, Praveen and Salosh, are completely unreachable. They do not return emails or take calls, showing a total lack of regard for their clients. Front Desk: The receptionist is incredibly rude and has even gone as far as hanging up and refusing to take further calls. We have tried to be loyal to this business for years, but the service has plummeted. It is completely unacceptable to take a client's money and then refuse to provide the goods or even a basic status update. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of other corporate gifting companies that actually value their customers and respect their own lead times. Don't waste your time or money here.

Paid in full—almost 2 months later and still no order!
Absolutely appalling service. I paid an invoice of a large amount in full almost two months ago for an order with a 5–7 day lead time. Almost 60 days later, I have received nothing but silence and excuses. Despite being a loyal client for years, the level of disrespect is shocking: Lisa (Production Manager): Ignores all calls and emails. Praveen & Salosh ***ners): Refuse to take calls; emails go unanswered. Receptionist: Literally dropped the call and explicitly told me she would not answer any further calls from me. It is mind-blowing how a business can operate with this much incompetency. This isn't an isolated incident, but a pattern of poor service over 2–3 years. Save yourself the money and the headache—do not use this company.

Refunds not paid after 19 months
Shocking service and despite confirming they owed us the money for over 18 months we have been waiting for the money back. The new FD Lisa Pillay promised to refund the money and since confirming this to be done had ignored all communication. The company is an embarrassment and filled with *********** and dishonest people.
