Useless service britelinkmtc

I got a call from britelinkmtc to make an appointment for connection of wi-fi a week and a half ago.On easter Monday at 12.00.I queried working on public holiday but was assured that they do work.No one showed up,and no calls.Subsequently I got call saying that they got my address wrong,two days later.Many calls,many useless people making empty promises,but still no internet.Can one company get so many things wrong.Please stay clear of britelinkmtc
