Useless call centre!

Again I have to go with a negative star if I could. Nice to get a reply to say that you will be looking at your pathetic call centre service. Obviously that was not done. The call centre is so noisy that I can't hear the person and they can't hear me. I have phoned other call centres and it is always quiet. And then she has the audacity to put the phone down on me. Disgusted with your service!
