The little bank for the big spender

I have tried to be patient, but Britelink PE has zero worry over this issue and I am now going to start here. I did contractual work for a sub contractor to BriteLink PE, in Motherwell. I have now been waiting and fighting with the guys for payments, and have even asked Vuma and Britelink guys of PE to please be a mediator to this issue with the contractor I did the work for to have him there aswell. I have had a meeting, but was as if it was just done to "calm me down" and hope that things work out. I have emailed Britelink MCT and even the CEO. But not **** is given. I have been waiting since February for my payments and have had to fight tooth and nail. Me as a sub sub contractor, was the bank for the big company. I have had to fork out the labour costs for the work to be done. Yet, when it comes time for my payment, its just excuse after excuse. But yet, the contractor does these 1/3 payments, and expects you to carry all the costs of labour, transport and still try and make a living. Yet, him not paying full invoices, to the subcontractor doing the work for him, gets more work, and just gets new subcontractors, and presumably does the same. The contractor is full of lies and changes stories so many times. Im effing tired now. I dont think that Britelink MCT will even bat an eyelid over this. Its a sick and cruel industry to be in. @BritelinkMCT, I beg, or rather dare you to get hold of me. Reply to this, and I will give you my details to contact me on. I am more than happy to go further with this matter to the public, to show how the "unfortunate" guys like myself, have it in your industry. But flip, have some knaaaaaaaaterz and put your foot down, this guy is giving you a bad name, but if thats what you want, let me know.
