Terrible, no communication

There is absolutely no way to contact this company. VUMA outsourced the work to them, I am a week without connectivity. All phone numbers go straight to voice mail. And when they do come they arrive without appointment at 20:00 at night. With crime they way it is I really think it's unprofessional.
