Ripoff artists

Absolute ripoff artists. They installed a fibre line to my premises in May of 2019 on behalf of Vumatel and Webafrica. 8 Months later it fails, and they want to charge me a full installation fee to come and do a reinstallation, which I can only assume will be of equally poor quality, or with equally sub-standard materials. Even if I buy a cheap plastic kettle at a supermarket, it comes with a 1 year guaratee. There's clearly no guarantee their installation will last...
