Poor service - no service here, Hot mess!

Substandard service. What a waste of my time. Not sure of their working relationship with Vumatel - Constant communication breakdown. Hot mess! Several appointments done but no pitch. If you lucky Vumatel will pitch on a random day without prior arrangements. Process has been such a drag, slothful.
