Poo service!

I am extremely dissapointed in the service of this fibre installation company. First they got the date wrong and just never bothered to pitch or let me know they are not coming. Then they came the 2nd time and said I have to open up the paving to lay the fiber which i did. I then tried to get hold of them to reschedule my installation and called them for a few hours and no luck. Eventually I got hold of them and got my reschedule. Today was meant to be the day that they came to install but it has been 30 mins pass from the time they were meant to be here. I have been calling Britelink and no answer.
