Pathetic Service, Inept Staff & Contractors - Stay Away!! Stay away!! The most inept company that I have dealt with in a very long time... All goes well when signing up and them taking your money... the Installation still has not happened, this has been ongoing since the 13th of September 2024. All beacuase their installation contractor Brite Link who provides so-called installation services for Vumatel, have absolutely no clue what they are doing on a daily basis... I have emailed the CEO of Afrihost, Gian Visser directly.... nothing seems to help... they keep on playing "email tennis" instead of actually sorting out the issue... They are completely reliant on what their utterly useless, pointless, nonsense their contractor (Britelink MCT - Aubry) feeds them, instead of sending someone with two and a half braincells to asses the site properly. This is not a "cut & paste" Installation you will need more intelligent people here Mr. Visser... and Britelink MCT...

Stop apologising, communicate effectively amongst yourselves (Afrihost, Vumatel & Britelink), allocate a single point of contact and ensure that the people that are allocated to this problem actually know how to manage a project. This installation does not require geniuse by no means, just people that are willing to "do the work" and see the project through to completion.
