No response from Brytelink after causing a vehicle accident

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 21/07/2023, when one of their company vehicles made a right turn right in front of me without looking or indicating his intentions. I have suffered a badly broken arm which required surgery to repair. The accident took place in Caledon Drive in Three Rivers Vereeniging. It was reported to Vereeniging Police station by their branch manager Martin Nel and also by myself. I have made several attempts now to get a response from Brytelink but to no awail. I am just being ignored. note that my vehicle has still not been repaired and I had to pay for my surgery myself. This is unacceptable.
