Installers a No Show!

I received confirmation last week from Phumelele Sibisi that my booking to have Fibre installed will take place on Saturday (04 December 2021) @ 13:30. I waited until 15:00 and there was no assistance. I then called the Britelink line and was on hold for 50 Minutes!!!!

I eventually got through to Sibongile that confirmed that my job was Assigned to somebody and they should have called me to advise of the status. Sibongile confirmed that she will call me back after speaking to the technician, which she did not do.

I am so frustrated as I have now sent a mail to Phumelele to inform her that nobody has come through, and still no response.

This is pathetic service!
