Great service by Cindy and Thabo from Britelink

Fibre was down for the whole weekend, but a technician was sent to me by 8:30am on the Monday. Issue wasn't resolved, so they sent another technician, Cindy to check out the issue. Cindy replaced the fibre box and gave me her contact number in case it didn't work. Before my prompting, she came back again in the afternoon and stayed for a good couple of hours to try to sort out my issue. Finally, after the 3rd replacement, she left with the promise of returning at 7pm if there were further issues. Luckily it was sorted out. Great service and professionalism by Cindy and Thabo - very refreshing.
