Excellent service

Good day,

On Tuesday 15 March 2022 I got a call from Mary to set up an installation appointment for my Vuma (fiber), she told me installers will come through on Thursday 8am, come Thursday around 09h00am , I still haven’t received any call, I called and Mary as not available, upon speaking to her receptionist , I got a call on my personal number and it was Mary telling me installers where there and has left, I became very angry as this installation was a long awaited one, it was the 3rd week since I have been waiting, and was taken from pillar to post, I became furious and told her not to lie to me vie been told that before. She remained calm and continue to assist me, and apologizing as I she read me my number I told her that number was incorrect and I have changed that number over and over, I also understand it was not Mary fault that my number was given to Britelink incorrectly. Minutes down the line the installer was back at my doorway did the installation, Mary kept contact all the time to make sure everything was fine and also made sure my number was changed, within 3 hours of her checking with whichever department that had to change my number and me being able to use the internet, she was with me until the last.

I was swept off my feet by such excellent, calmness and patience, not to mention her professionalism. Honesty is the best policy and that is what she gave all the way.

We are slowly losing customer service and I must say, I was very impressed that people like Mary made us realize its still there and there are people who go their jobs because they love it. Britelink is very fortunate to have such an employer, and I would also like to send my sincere apologies to her for biting her head off earlier.
