Britelink offers pathetic service and causes many inconveniences

Absolutely disgusted with the service from Brightlink , I have been issued my first warning at work because I have no internet to use ! I have called several times and get the same answer "someone will call you soon" , it has been a while that I am unable to get bright link to come and do their job. *** - please call urgently !!
