Britelink is not making payment for our damaged complex courtyard light in 75 boundary road, Robindale, despite repeated promises to do so.
Britelink company technicians reversed their vehicle into our courtyard lights and damaged it (they are subcontractors for vumatel ) ,at The Robin complex, at 75 Boundary road, Robindale, over 2 months ago and despite repeated promises from Ms.Lauren Lutchman, insurance administrator for the Company , to facilitate payment for the damages through the company , she has not made good on her promise as the matter is still unresolved. Furthermore is not responding to her emails as of today. The company Tel.no is *** and email is ***. their head office is based in melrose arch, Johannesburg .

Lauren is our Travel and Insurance Administrator, who has done her utmost to assist you and has kept you updated regularly. As she explained to you, there is a process and the payment has been loaded. Finance has confirmed that the payment will go through today.
