Brite Link Lehlonolo Worst Service

I had the worst experience with Lehlohonolo from Brite Link regarding my booking for installation today. Clearly this is incompetence and lack of customer skills. How the hell can you let a client know after a reminder email half and hour before the appointment that they can't make it and can only come through tomorrow morning at 07:30.This I do believe is untrained staff or skills under developed. The contact hasn't even kicked off and we already starting on a bad note. I would really appreciate that one of the Directors make contact with me.
