BIG BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS -DO NOT ORDER FIBER WITH BRITELINK,VUMA AND FLYCOOL ,THEY WILL NEVER INSTALL YOUR FIBER,THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR.

I ordered fiber and paid for it, installation was supposed to happen a long time ago however even now no installation done. I have called several times, sent emails and still, no installation asked for my case to be escalated no response, from senior management and coordinator. Anyone thinking of ordering Fiber via Britelink, Vuma, and fly cool, please do not order with these companies, after placing your order they do not care about you as a customer. They have no after sell customer support, it is unbelievable that a paid customer can wait for so long and get terrible treatment like this. To everyone reading this please save your money and look for other companies except Britelink, Vuma, and Fly cool, it seems like staff there are clueless even senior management, if you are a big business l, please save your company money and order somewhere else. It is annoying that I have to legally fight them as I have exhausted all avenues with them. I am writing this to warn everyone about this scheme of taking money from customers and ignoring them, especially when you go into a binding contractual agreement with them. This will be ignored by these 3 companies, however, sharing my experience will ensure they don't ***** other people's money. They will provide you with an installation date , then disapear.BE VERY CAREFULL,THEY JUST TAKE MONEY AND DISAPEAR.
