The best experience iv had with a service provider in a long time, the technician Zane was next door and simply game me his number in case I had any issues, I had problems with vodacom and vumatel for a few days. Zane referred me to a gentlemen named Graham who assisted me in the best possible way and got my fibre sorted in less than 12h of him find out about my problem. I strongly suggest you keep these two employees happy as they will be able to keep your customers happy.
