Avoid Britelink Fibre

Unfortunately I need to join the ranks of the unhappy customers. I arranged for fibre installation at my moms retirement home and Britelink installed the router in the garage. Now my mom who is 83 years old wants VOIP, which cannot happen because the router is now in the garage. After phone calls to MWEB and Britelink who do not even pick up the phone call, I am posting on this forum to warn anyone who wants to install fibre - avoid MWEB and Britelink and I'm going to add Frogfoot fibre in the same stable. Do not use these companies, their after service does not exist! I now need to find someone at a cost, to fix this stuff up. Who on earth installs a router in a garage? not very brite!
