A pity they are contracted by unreliable companies

Even though I did not receive fibre yet, this company is the only one in this saga who responded promptly to inquiries, always answers and went the extra mile. They have a signal box in front of our yard and always ask permission to park and work there, even though they don't need to and Johann Chetty went the extra mile. It is a pity that unreliable ISPs and Fibre companies like Vumatel translates to them having such a bad rep when this company truly deserves a heads up as I have only had good experience with them.
