Worst service provider ever!!!!!!!
I wish I could give -5 stars! It’s the worst service provider in Durban!!!!! I work from home and my wifi drops 10 times a day, forcing me to restart my software!!! When you speak to customer service they are barely helpful and want you to pay for a faulty router which THEY PROVIDED! Please don’t ever ever ever use 123Net

03 Jan 2025, 16:58Conveniently they call immediately after a bad review!!! But still refuse to resolve the issue!!! DO NOT USE 123Net!!!!! I would rather open another account with someone and pay double instead of dealing with them
